The St. Louis Symphony Orchestra (SLSO) and the Fabulous Fox are holding a special concert fundraiser to support the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis’s ongoing relief, recovery, and rebuilding efforts following the May 16 tornado. This collaborative effort features the SLSO and members of its two resident choruses performing a variety of music on at the Fabulous Fox at 3:00pm, Sunday, June 29. Gospel and R&B singer and Grammy Award-winning vocalist BeBe Winans joins the orchestra and choruses for this community-centered special event.

The streetscape installation will be turning heads and creating dialogue on Delmar Boulevard now and into the future. The Gateway Foundation was set to unveil the artwork on May 16, but the weather had other plans when the tornado struck that day. Look for “The Rift,” featuring sculptures by Dietrich Klinge. The installation now sits in front of the Craft Alliance at 5080 Delmar Blvd, with a dedication and other activities planned at future date.

She did her best to recreate the feel of bright, cloudless skies and warm, balmy breezes — with a dash of Miami splash. The result was that the homeowners get to live on the beach while they live in St. Louis.
