The Cellar Shop at Winslow's Table

Fresh off of Vicia’s 5th Anniversary, the Take Root Hospitality Group has even more to celebrate.

On April 16, The Cellar Shop at Winslow’s Table officially opened!

Formerly a private events space during the Winslow's Home days, the space got a refresh and sells a selection of artisanal goods, many from local St. Louis brands, with categories including wines + spirits, fine foods, beauty and home. Led by Beverage & Retail Director Kara Flaherty, the Cellar Shop team can curate gift baskets, put together a picnic spread or find something special to treat yourself. Flaherty is responsible for creating seasonal wine lists and wine pairings, choosing a well-curated wine and spirits selection, implementing creative ways to sell wine and educate employees on wine, and researching ethically responsible and intriguing products to line the shelves. But if you ask her, she’ll tell you her job is to host an amazing party every night. Count us in!

Some brand highlights are:

• Nash Jones (Nashville, TN) which specializes in skincare from plants, trees, seeds, and roots. Check out their clay masks, non-metal hake & spoon set, and face creams.

• Colony Co. (Springfield, MO) which creates goods for sustainable living, including reusable produce bags and string bags.

• Messner Bee Farm (Raytown, MO) known for its small candles, lotions, honey sticks, jewelry, and lip balms.
