Transformative Skincare

The Saint Louis Fashion Fund is inviting those interested in learning more about luxurious skincare to be a part of a Zoom with the founder of Retrouvé.

Jami Morse Heidegger is the third-generation former family owner of Kiehl’s Since 1851. In 1988, she and her husband, World Champion Alpine Skier Klaus Heidegger, took over the reigns of Kiehl’s. Under the Heidegger’s direction, Kiehl’s evolved from a local pharmacy with limited distribution to an elite worldwide beauty products business. Kiehl’s was sold to L’Oreal in June 2000.

Continuing their life-long interest in health and fitness, Klaus and Jami were partners and majority shareholders in Swiss Masai for ten years, a Swiss-based company currently developing revolutionary muscle/joint-conscious “functional” footwear technology called MBT, which is now available at a multitude of stores in over 50 countries. The Heideggers sold the company to Berkshire Partners in 2011.

A few years later, Jami and Klaus launched Retrouvé, an exclusive collection of prestigious unisex skincare products that Jami initially developed for their own personal use. She simply couldn’t find a product she preferred to treat her aging skin and creating a “holy grail” line for her family. Now, Retrouvé represents an anthology of over 75 years of collective experience, research, and collaboration resulting in a super-luxurious bespoke skincare line distilled from this extraordinary family’s deep knowledge and aesthetic vision of cosmetic products.  Initially introduced in Paris, the label is now available around the world, including such markets as the United States, Germany, Prague, and Austria. Retrouvé wields new technologies and high-octane potent ingredients in superior concentrations and unprecedented textures to set a new standard in luxury skincare.

Retrouvé’s intensive replenishing facial moisturizer is just one of the many top items in the company’s line. Learn more about the products in a Zoom session with Jami this Friday at 5:30pm. Email mfox@saintlouisfashionfund.org to RSVP for the link. Fifteen percent of the proceeds will benefit The Saint Louis Fashion Fund.
